I specialize in private yoga for NYC men who want more flexibility, strength, and calm from the comfort of their own home.

What to Expect

Yoga with Jimmie sessions are equal parts challenging and educational. Active postures build strength and help your posture, while calming breathwork and massage bring relaxation. My teaching includes silent reflection, athletic flows, and a touch of comedy. I pull inspiration from multiple yoga lineages (Vinyasa, Restorative, Ashtanga), Thai bodywork massage, and physical therapy.

My one-on-one yoga sessions focus on strength, mobility, stress reduction, and confidence. You will walk away feeling stronger, more flexible, and centred, with less tension in your body and more space in your mind.
